《私達の工場について》
私たちの工場は、2つの隣接する廃校跡地をリノベーションした元学校です。
1つ目の「小学校工場」では、コールドプロセス製法による固形石けんの製造と化粧品原料（蒸留水・エキス抽出）を行っています。2つ目の「中学校工場」はメイン工場として、スキンケアおよびヘアケア製品の製造を担当しています。
私たちは、大量生産ではなく、自然と対話しながら丁寧で手間を掛けた「台所から生まれるようなコスメ」の感覚を大切にしています。学校跡地の工場は動線が悪く、生産性が高いとは言えない設計ですが、エシカルなモノづくりを実現するためにあえてこの場所を選びました。
この選択には、かつて学びの場であった校舎に宿る子どもたちの純粋な思いや、大自然のエネルギーを製品に込めたいという願いがあります。お客様の気持ちを大切にし、共に発展できる関係を築くことを目指しています。私たちは、人や環境を大切に考え、エシカルなコスメを提供し続けたいと考えています。
【私たちのOEM受託のスタンス・モノづくりの考え方】
OEM（相手先ブランド製造）を依頼する顧客には様々な要望がありますが、私たちのモノづくりの哲学は他とは少し異なります。一般的な差別化は新しい成分や技術の訴求や、他社の成功商品を模倣することが多いですが、私たちは「身体やココロが喜ぶ素材」を組み合わせる処方設計に焦点を当て、お客様の哲学やこだわりに合わせた提案を行います。そのため、即効性は期待できない場合もありますが、長期的に肌が健康的になることを目指しています。
化粧品は使用期限が3年間と長く、一度に大量生産される傾向にありますが、これは過酷な販売競争を乗り越えるためです。優れた商品でも心を満たし、ライフスタイルに影響を与える存在でなければ売れません。そのため、オリジナル商品が計画通りに売れる確率は低く、新規ブランドが認知されるまでには多くの時間と資金が必要です。このような背景から、多くの商品が売れ残り、返品や廃棄が発生します。これらの廃棄物は再販されず、分解されにくい化学物質を含むため、産業廃棄物として問題となっています。
私たちはこの「大量生産と廃棄のサイクル」を改善するために、お客様と共に作りすぎず、売れる量を見極めながら生産を行います。例えば、原則として500本から製造を開始し、原材料には農業廃棄物の再利用や、可能な限り「脱プラ」や「簡易包装」を推奨しています。また、アップサイクルや３R（Reduce, Recycle, Reuse）を意識した容器選定を行っています。

◉ 化粧水−Lotion
特に化粧水に使用する水には特にはこだわりを持っています。
使用する水相は、通常の精製水ではなく「植物の蒸留水」または、特殊な処理をした*水（コズミックウォーター®）等を使用します。保湿感の高いものからさっぱりしたものまで、水のオーダーメイドから始まります。
こだわりの水はお肌への浸透が大変高く、蒸留水だけでもすでに化粧水の力を発揮できるほどの原料になります。そのみずみずしさを実感し商品化してください。また、原料をお持ち込みいただくことでオリジナルの水蒸気蒸留を作ることも可能です。（別途蒸留加工費用がかかります。約30,000~50,000円）

◉ 乳液−Emulsion
乳液は大きく分けて水相と油相からできております。
私達がつくる乳液は、水相に蒸留水（ゲットウ葉水、ホーリーバジル水、クスノキ葉枝／幹水など）を、油相にプレミアム植物オイル（有機ホホバ油、桜島産ツバキ油、等）を使用し、さらに合成界面活性剤や安定剤などを使用せず、食品原料にも使用される「大豆レシチン」で乳化した自然由来成分100％のエマルジョンです。（口に入れても問題ないような乳液）
しかしながら、自然由来成分だけでつくる乳液は非常に不安定です。
私達はこれまでに何百回とレシチン乳化のテストを重ね、ある一定の条件下によって「分離せず、ケミカルを使用したような軽いタッチ」になる処方を開発しました。そのため剤形のオーダーメイドには限界があり、あらゆる性状に対応することはできませんが、剤形の硬さなどはおまかせいただき、蒸留水やプレミアムオイル、植物エキス等の素材で差別化とテクスチャーの違いを導き出せるこだわりのエマルジョンにご賛同いただけるのでしたら受託は可能です。

◉ 美容液−Essence
原則として水溶性で化粧水の保湿成分（ヒアルロン酸／シロキクラゲ多糖体）などを高濃度化し、オリジナル植物抽出エキスを配合したエッセンスです。独自抽出の植物エキスはアルコール抽出、BG抽出とありますが、いずれもサトウキビ由来の抽出溶媒を使用しています。こだわりの植物エキスを高配合したエッセンスをお作りいたします。（アルコール、合成界面活性剤フリー）

◉ クリーム−Cream
乳液のこだわりと同様に、芳香蒸留水やプレミアム植物油脂を大豆レシチンで乳化した高機能クリームです。
乳液と異なり、自然由来成分100％の中で比較的クリームは安定性が高いため、ハンドクリーム、フェイシャルクリームボディー、リンクルクリームなど幅広く用途に応じてご提案が可能です。

◉ バーム−Balm
厳選植物油脂からアロマブレンドまで、大きく２つのバームのタイプをご用意いたします。
1) 植物エキス等の水相を20％抱き込ませる独自製法のホイップバームは、エキスを大量に加えた際に起こる蜜蝋の塊を特殊技法で職人がヘラで一つずつ塊を削ぎながら充填していく独自処方のバームです。
バターを少し柔らかくしたようなテクスチャーで、エキス等の水相原料によりベタつかない独特のテクスチャーをお楽しみいただけます。
2) ミツロウや植物蝋とプレミアムオイルを合わせた流し込みタイプのバーム。
お肌の上でスーッと伸びてオイルに変化するタイプです。

◉リップスティック-Lip Stick/Lip Balm
厳選された植物油油脂を、ミツロウ、キャンデリラロウ、木蝋などの植物、蜂の巣由来のワックスで固めたシンプルでありながらも個性の出る「リップバーム］をお作りいたします。4〜5g内容量のリップスティックタイプのリップスティックも最小1,000本からお作りいただけます。

◉ スキンオイル・ヘアオイル−Skin oil/Hair oil
プレミアムオイルブレンドとアロマブレンドで用途に応じてご提案。
フェイスオイル、マッサージオイル、トリートメントオイル、ネイルオイル、ヘアオイルなど油脂の特徴を生かした化粧油をお作りいたします。

◉ クレンジング（メイク落とし）−Cleansing
１）Type1−天然由来成分100％エマルジョン処方のメイク落としです。
合成界面活性剤、洗浄剤などの一切の洗浄基材を使用せず、植物オイルのバランス配合だけでメイク剤、ワックス、シリコンなどを浮かせて落とす「独自処方」です。クリームを付けてから、約1分ほど放置し馴染ませる必要がありますが、しっかり馴染ん打クリームでは油性マジックも落とせます。
メイク落としのとポイントとして『全てを皮膚から剥がさず、メイク剤のみをちゃんと落とす』事に焦点を当てた商品づくりを心がけております。その事が翌日のメイクのスムーズな立ち上がりに大きく寄与すると考えております。
２）Type−２ ハーブウォーターを１００％使用し、PEG-6(カプリル/カプリン酸)グリセリルを配合した「拭き取りタイプのメイク落とし」
芳香蒸留水（ハーブウォーター）を使用することで、それがよりメイク剤への浸透を高めて、高いクレンジング効果を発揮します。

◉パック（洗い流す）-Cleansing Pack
無農薬ハーブを海泥やベントナイトなどに練り込んでお肌にハリと潤いを与える「自然由来成分100％」のパックを作りのお手伝いをいたします。農業廃棄物などを活用した［アップサイクル化粧品］の開発にも積極的に対応させていただきます。

◉ 石けん（コールドプロセス製法／固形石鹸）−Soap/Cold process
私達の製造チームは、他社からの経験を含め、石鹸（化粧石鹸）作りを2006年から行っており、これまで1000種類前後の石鹸を製造して参りました。10年以上のキャリアがあっても、石鹸作りは大変奥が深く、常に不確実性を伴う作業となります。そのため商品化までに試作をされることをおすすめいたします。
私達の製法は、けん化法による「コールドプロセス製法」です。
固形石鹸では余剰油脂を5％〜10％ほど残し、約1ヶ月かけて熟成させます。
そのため、何度も試作が出来ないことから、事前の打ち合わせである程度の完成形をイメージし、2週間ほどたった乾燥途中の物を一度お渡しして、そこでイメージとかけ離れているようなら再試作するという形をとっております。
石鹸の試作には本製品の製造と変わらないほどの労力と時間がかかるため、原則として試作代金を頂戴しております。
《試作のお渡し数量》45g×５〜10個お渡しします。 ＊処方の開示は致しておりません。

◉ 液体石けん（カリ石けん）−Liquid Soap
液体石鹸は「カリ石鹸素地」から作るため、油脂の選定からしていただきます。希釈水を「ハーブウォーター」などにすることで、香りと浸透性が高まった、特徴のある「液体石鹸」を作ることも可能です。これら石けん素地に使用する油脂やオプション素材の「支給原料」の受け入れは、条件付きで行っておりますので、お気軽にお問合せ下さい。
シャンプー／ボディーソープ／ハンドソープ／台所洗剤など ※製造ロット：500本〜
◉ リンス（クエン酸リンス）−Rinse
石鹸シャンプーのあとの髪のPH調整としてのリンスです。
クエン酸ベースで芳香蒸留水などで希釈するこだわりリンスも可能です。

◉ 天然アロマフレグランス-Natural Aromatic Fragrance
カシメ機（フランス製）により、本格的な香水用ガラス容器に対応。中学校工場において、こだわりのオリジナルNoteをワークショップ形式で対話しながら調香することが可能です。小ロット生産、ノベルティー、お祝い事などにも本格オリジナルフレグランスの製造が可能です。ボトルとキャップは全5種類、専用ミスト（ゴールド、シルバー）、内容量も15ml、30ml、40ml、50mlと細かく対応しています。地元のタンカン、レモングラス、芳樟、シナモンなどのエッセンシャルオイルの活用も可能。
最低製造数量：カシメ機による手充填のため製造数量は応相談 （但し、最低製造数量が100本未満の場合は「化粧品製造販売届」作成及び管理費用として別途30,000円発生します）

【OEM仕様について】
❍大量に安価に製造できるOEM工場ではありません
――学校跡地を活用し品質管理には最大限注意を払っておりますが、大量生産向けに設備を導入しておりません。そのため、1アイテムの1ロットが50,000本以上の場合はバルク出荷、もしくは提携工場でのライセンス生産とさせていただいております。
❍限りある自然原料を丁寧に扱い、「まるで食品」のような製品をお客様にお届けします。
――可能な限り自然原料を使います。防腐剤も天然の植物エキスを用いることが多いため、ほとんどの製品が3年間の品質保持をお約束できない事を前提としております。原則としてスキンケアは未開封で24ヶ月以内／開封後150日以内の品質保証となります。（石けん、オイル、バーム類は3年保証）
❍合成界面活性剤、合成香料、合成着色料、その他、石油由来の化学合成原料は、排水が工場近辺の環境に影響を与える可能性があるため、原則として使用できません。
――合成保存料や合成界面活性剤も可能な限り使用しない処方でお作りいたします。ただし、ご支給される原料に含まれる場合やキャリーオーバー成分、その他条件によっては、自前にご相談の上使用する場合もございます。

◉ Lotion
We are particularly particular about the water used in our lotions.
We use “plant distilled water” or specially treated* water (Cosmic Water®) instead of ordinary purified water. The process starts with custom-made water, from highly moisturizing to refreshing.
The water we are particular about is very highly permeable to the skin, and the distilled water alone is already a raw material that can demonstrate the power of a lotion. Please experience its freshness and commercialize it. We can also create your original steam distillation by bringing in your own raw materials. (Distillation processing fees will be charged separately. (Distillation processing costs will be charged separately, approximately 30,000~50,000 yen)

◉ Emulsion
Emulsions are made up of an aqueous phase and an oil phase.
Our emulsions are made from aqueous distilled water (ghetto leaf water, holy basil water, camphor leaf branch/stem water, etc.) and premium plant oils (organic jojoba oil, Sakurajima camellia oil, etc.). The emulsion is made of 100% naturally derived ingredients. (An emulsion that is safe to put in the mouth)
However, emulsions made with only naturally occurring ingredients are extremely unstable.
We have tested lecithin emulsions hundreds of times and have developed a formula that, under certain conditions, does not separate and has a light touch as if chemicals were used. However, if you are willing to leave the hardness of the formulation to us, and if you agree with our particular emulsions that can be differentiated by ingredients such as distilled water, premium oils, and plant extracts, and that have different textures, we will be happy to accept your orders. If you agree with our proposal, we can be commissioned.
We can provide you with our original emulsions that are 100% naturally derived and free of synthetic surfactants.

◉ Essence Essence
Essence is a water-soluble lotion containing a high concentration of hyaluronic acid and polysaccharide and original plant extracts. The original plant extracts are alcohol-extracted and BG-extracted, but both use sugarcane-derived extraction solvents. We can produce essences with a high concentration of plant extracts that we are particular about.

◉ Cream
As with our emulsions, our creams are highly functional creams emulsified with aromatic distilled water and premium vegetable oils and fats with soy lecithin.
Unlike emulsions, creams are relatively stable among 100% naturally derived ingredients and can be proposed for a wide range of applications such as hand creams, facial creams body creams, and wrinkle creams.
As of December 2021, “aluminum tube” containers (triple layered wrapping) will be available as “anti-plastic containers”.

◉ Balm
We offer two main types of balms, ranging from carefully selected vegetable oils to aroma blends.
1) Whipped Balm, which is a unique formula that incorporates 20% plant extracts and other aqueous phases, is filled with a special technique whereby a craftsman uses a spatula to scrape off lumps of beeswax that occur when a large amount of extracts are added.
The texture is a little like softened butter, and the extract and other aqueous ingredients give it a unique texture that is not sticky.
2) A pour-in balm that combines beeswax and phytowax with premium oils.
This type of balm stretches easily on the skin and transforms into oil.
The production lot is subject to change depending on the quantity.
Lip Stick/Lip Balm
We make simple yet distinctive lip balms by solidifying carefully selected vegetable oils and fats with beeswax, candelilla wax, beeswax and other plant and beehive-derived waxes. The minimum quantity is 1,000 units.
The production lot size depends on the quantity of the product.
◉ Skin oil/Hair oil
We offer premium oil blends and aroma blends to suit your needs.
We can make face oil, massage oil, treatment oil, nail oil, hair oil, and other cosmetic oils that take advantage of the characteristics of fats and oils.

◉ Cleansing (makeup remover)-Cleansing
(1) Type 1 – 100% natural emulsion makeup remover.
It is a unique formula that floats and removes makeup, waxes, silicones, etc. using only a balanced blend of plant oils without the use of synthetic surfactants, detergents, or any other cleaning agents. After applying the cream, it is necessary to leave it on for about one minute to allow it to blend in, but once the cream has blended in well, it can even remove oil-based magic markers.
We have been trying to create a product that focuses on “properly removing only makeup without removing everything from the skin” as the key point of makeup remover. We believe that this will greatly contribute to the smooth application of makeup the next day.
2）Type-2 “Wipe-off type makeup remover” using 100% herbal water and containing PEG-6 (caprylic/capric acid) glyceryl
By using aromatic distilled water (herbal water), it makes it more permeable to makeup agents, thus producing a high cleansing effect.

Cleansing Pack
We can assist you in making a “100% natural ingredient” pack that will moisturize and firm your skin by kneading pesticide-free herbs into sea mud, bentonite, and other ingredients. We are also actively involved in the development of upcycled cosmetics that utilize agricultural waste and other materials.

◉ Soap (Cold process / Solid soap) – Soap/Cold process
Our team has been making soaps (cosmetic soaps) since 2006, including experience from other companies, and has produced around 1,000 different types of soaps. Therefore, we recommend that you make a trial before commercialization.
Our manufacturing method is the “cold process manufacturing method” using the saponification method.
In solid soap, we leave about 5% to 10% of excess fat and oil, and let the soap mature for about a month.
Therefore, since we cannot make many prototypes, we have a preliminary meeting with the customer to get a certain image of the finished product, and then we deliver the product to the customer two weeks after it has dried, and if it is not as we imagined, we make another prototype.
If the prototype is not as good as the finished product, we will make a new prototype.
We will provide you with 5 to 10 units of 45g each. We do not disclose the formula.
Shape of solid soap: Rectangular 100g, 80g/cylinder 80g, and 45g.
In principle, we will deliver the products in “waxed paper pillow packaging” or “vacuum/deaerated packaging.
We will provide a cosmetic box, etc., or quote separately. Please consult us for production lots.
Liquid Soap
Liquid soap is made from potash soap base. By using “herb water” or other dilution water, it is possible to make a unique liquid soap with enhanced fragrance and permeability. We accept “supplied raw materials” of fats and oils used for these soap bases and optional materials on a conditional basis, so please feel free to contact us.
Shampoo / body soap / hand soap / kitchen detergent, etc.

◉ Rinse (citric acid rinse)-Rinse
This rinse is used to adjust the PH of hair after soap shampoo.
A citric acid-based rinse that can be diluted with aromatic distilled water is also available.

Natural Aromatic Fragrance
We can produce glass containers for authentic perfumes by using a caulking machine (made in France). We can also create original notes in a workshop style at a junior high school factory. We can produce authentic original fragrances for small-lot production, novelties, and celebrations. A total of five types of bottles and caps are available, with special mist (gold or silver) and finely tuned content volumes of 15ml, 30ml, 40ml, and 50ml.
